I created a purpose, process, and system to utilize each of Tenfold’s channels with intentionality. As their business has grown, this system has evolved to communicate the correct information through the correct channels to engage their audience.

I recreated the Tenfold website to increased to drive more efficent CTA’s on their website. Resulting in higher online sales, event sign-ups and interactions with the cafe.
Email Marketing Management
I doubled Tenfold’s email marketing list over a year and began to write and create weekly emails to their online customers. Over the course of my 2 year partnership, the email marketing has nearly quadrupled their online sales.
